I’ve got a Bodi-Tek Sports Pro EMS machine. It’s AGONY to use…advice please.?
19year old male<---i've attatched them to my quads-tight enough, wet the pads, tried it on the lowest setting...and it was Agony.
felt like my skin was burning...or had allot of needles stabbed into me.
how do i make it a bit more pleasant... i shave my legs anyway because i'm a keen cyclist...so hair can't be the problem.
so far i've only survived 5pulses/muscle contractions before unplugging it....after 10seconds ish... how do i survive a full 30min + as it recommends? i want to to be bearable...so i can concentrate on revising at the computer or doing other things.
Advice would be greatly apprecieted.

i new it would be a very comfortable experience...but i want to know any tricks on how to maybe make the experience a little more bearable.?
I agree with the other answer, if you are a keen cyclist this machine will do little or nothing for you. Maybe something is wrong with the machine or you are not using it correct (can’t believe you are a wimp ha ha). I have used these machines and the lowest setting is very mild.
